Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using CatAIS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and agree to these Terms in full. If you are using CatAIS on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

CatAIS provides an AI-powered autonomous agent platform that monitors social media platforms, generates and posts replies to comments, manages direct messages, captures leads, processes WooCommerce orders, publishes content to WordPress and Facebook, sends follow-up emails, and provides analytics — all on your behalf using credentials you provide.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We continuously develop and improve the platform and may change, add, or remove features at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes that affect paid features.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or appropriate. You remain responsible for all actions taken by your agent on your connected platforms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us at support@catais.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You may not share your account or allow others to use your credentials to access the Service. Each account is for individual or single-business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use CatAIS only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate the terms of service of any platform to which you connect CatAIS (Facebook, Instagram, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Generate or distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals through automated replies
• Engage in fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to compete with CatAIS by building a substantially similar product
• Violate any applicable data protection laws including GDPR or CCPA

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use provisions without prior notice and without refund.

CatAIS and its original content, features, functionality, trademarks, and brand elements are owned by CatAIS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to CatAIS, including knowledge base articles, brand voice settings, and product data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.

AI Outputs: Replies and content generated by your agent are your property. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatAIS and its founders, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Actions taken by your AI agent on connected platforms
• Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content
• Unauthorised access to your account or data
• Changes to or discontinuation of the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings or by contacting us at support@catais.ai.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without liability if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform's integrity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Disclaimer), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
