Data Deletion Request

Your privacy matters. You have the right to request deletion of all personal data CatAIS holds about you. This page explains your options and lets you submit a request directly.

What Data We Store

Account Data

Name, email address, profile information, and authentication credentials.

Platform Credentials

API tokens and access credentials for connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WooCommerce, etc.).

Chat History

Conversation logs between you and the CatAIS assistant interface.

Agent Logs

Records of all automated actions taken by your agent including replies, emails, and orders.

Agent Configuration

Brand voice settings, reply rules, knowledge base content, and skill configurations.

Billing Records

Subscription plan details and payment history (full card details are not stored by us).

Processing Time

We process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations, with all personally identifiable information removed.

How to Delete Your Data

Delete from your account settings (fastest)

If you have access to your account, you can delete your data directly from the Settings page. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will immediately remove all your data, revoke platform connections, and cancel any active subscription.

Email us directly

Send a deletion request to our support team with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your registered email address and, if available, your user ID. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorised representative. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, submitting this request will also cancel it.

Your CatAIS account, profile, and login credentials

All connected platform credentials and tokens (Facebook, Instagram, WooCommerce, WordPress, Email, Telegram)

Your full chat history with the CatAIS assistant

All agent action logs and performance records

Agent configuration, brand voice settings, and knowledge base content

Skills, connectors, and automation rules you have created

Billing records and transaction history may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations, with all personally identifiable information anonymised.
