Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your catais account and everything we store about you — at any time, in under a minute.

Option 1 — delete from the app (instant)

Sign in to your catais dashboard.
Open the account menu (bottom of the sidebar) → Settings → Profile & settings.
Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.

This immediately and irreversibly removes your profile, channel connections and tokens (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X), WooCommerce keys, Telegram link, brand kit, Cast presenters, generated content, chat history, analytics and wallet records.

Option 2 — email request

Can't sign in? Email privacy@catais.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 7 days, then confirm by email.

Facebook & Instagram data

If you connected catais through Facebook Login, you can also remove the app from Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites; that revokes our access tokens immediately. Deleting your catais account (either option above) also erases all data we obtained via Meta's platform. The same applies to TikTok and X connections, which you can additionally revoke in those platforms' security settings.
